TRAVEL
Travel to and from Scottsdale is not included in your payment. Lodging is not included in your payment.

To help you coordinate your travel plans, here is an overview of our workshop schedule:

  • Wednesday, April 19, 2023

    • 9 am to 4 pm

    • Workshop venue is Clayton House, Scottsdale, AZ

  • Thursday, April 20, 2023

    • 9 am to 4 pm

    • Workshop venue is Clayton House, Scottsdale, AZ

The following meals + beverages are included in your tuition:
               Wednesday : snacks, lunch, beverages while at the workshop venue
               Thursday: snacks, lunch, beverages while at the workshop venue

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT PLAN

Early bird price for registration through December 15 is $1800 USD.

On and after December 16, 2022, the full price of the workshop is $2100.00.

All registrations must be paid in full by March 15, 2023.

Payment plans are available. 

If you’re an Early Bird at $1800, you can split your payments into 3 $600 payments  with the final payment due by December 15, 2022.

If you want to spread out your payments over a longer period of time, register now and you have until March 15, 2023 to complete your payment of $2100.00 total.

PHOTOGRAPHY
We will have Crystal Whiteaker as the professional photographer for the workshop. You are welcome to take your own pictures during the workshop.

You will have permission to use the full suite of professional images when they are ready with the full rights to use all images in your own marketing activities (website + social media) with proper credit to the photographer, Crystal Whiteaker @crystallilycreative. These images will be provided at no additional charge to you.

If, at any time during the workshop, you do not wish to have your photo taken, please let us know. Otherwise, your attendance signals your agreement to be included on our Instagram feed, website and other Fleurmania marketing materials.

CANCELLATIONS & POSTPONEMENTS
Due to the nature of this event, all payments made are non-refundable. Be sure to confirm the dates and your availability before you book your spot at the workshop. No refunds will be provided (sorry, no exceptions).

You will be permitted to find your own replacement if you cannot attend.

We reserve the right to cancel the workshop. In this instance, you will be refunded your initial payment, and any subsequent payment(s) you have made towards the workshop fee.

Please note that any travel expenses you incur won’t be refunded by us.

We recommend obtaining travel insurance if you have concerns about your travel conditions.

FORCE MAJEURE (Including COVID-19)
In the event we are unable to host the workshop due to acts of God, strikes, pandemics, equipment or transmission failure or any other event reasonably beyond our control, we will reschedule the event to a later date.

You will have the option of transferring your booking to that future date.

COVID COMPLIANCE
All guests attending must comply with US health directions and restrictions while at the workshop venue.
